Why swap Ethereum to Polkadot?

From the end of October 2023, the ETH to DOT conversion rate was declining. On October 21 to swap 1 ETH with DOT traders paid 418.37, but by November 2 the exchange ratio dropped to 390.04. The next day the value of ETH in DOT grew a little bit but kept following the downwards trajectory. The downtrend lasted till November 9 when the value of ETH reached 375.56 DOT. On November 10 the ETH to DOT price chart jumped to 412.95, but couldn’t stay at this high level for a long time, and on November 12 fell down. At this time ETH was trading for about 357.5 DOT. 

The ETH to DOT price chart established an uptrend that lasted till November 24. The conversion rate grew in a series of ups and downs and by the last day of the uptrend reached 401.64. For the next 10 days, the ETh to DOT exchange ratio was growing again, reaching 401.02 by December 5. After this milestone, the ETH to DOT conversion rate dropped to 316.7 by December 9. Till December 20 the ETH to DOT value was rather stable bouncing between 325.19 and 308.95. The next day the ETH to DOT price dropped to 272, tried to recover the next day going up to 293, but rolled down again. By December 26 the price of Ether in the Polkadot tokens reached 242.65. 

The situation changed at this point as Ethereum started bullying. First, the ETH to DOT price reached 280.35 by December 28 and stayed stable till the first days of January 2024, and from January 3 the value of ETH in DOT started growing. The uptrend continued till the time of writing in January when the ETH to DOT exchange ratio reached 355.29. There is a possibility for the ETH to DOT price chart to continue growing as the whole crypto market is going bullish.
