How to exchange VIRTUAL and PIEVERSE on SwapSpace
Choose the top rate/offer
Browse offers from our partners and choose the one that fits you best. You can sort the list by relevance, rate, or estimated transaction time (ETA) to quickly find the most suitable option. For each offer, you can also see how likely verification is before proceeding. Once you’ve found the right option, simply click “Exchange” to continue.
Enter the details
Fill in the “Provide the recipient address” field with the destination PIEVERSE address and provide the refund address for your VIRTUAL if you want. If you prefer, you can press the “Connect Wallet” button to link your wallet and simplify the exchange process (more details in our FAQ). Check the information carefully and click the “Next” button.
Transfer funds
Using the wallet of your choice, send your VIRTUAL to the address you see on the screen. You can use the QR-code to speed up the process. You may also press the “Connect Wallet” button to link a compatible wallet directly. As soon as our partner gets your VIRTUAL, the exchange will continue.
Receive your coins
At this stage, you need just to wait until you get your coins in the wallet. Check the Swap Tracker if you want to know the exchange status, and feel free to contact our support team if it seems like something is going wrong. That's it!
