Exchange NFT INDEX

The NFT Index (NFTI) is a digital asset index specifically created to monitor the performance of tokens within the Non-Fungible Token (NFT) industry. This index utilizes a weighting system based on the value of each token's circulating supply. The primary objective of the NFT Index is to track NFT projects in the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) space that demonstrate a commitment to continuous maintenance and development.

The NFT Index comprises eight tokens: Polygon (Matic), Enjin, Decentraland, Sand, Axie Infinity, Aavegotchi, Rarible, and Meme. On February 3rd, 2021, the price per token and circulating supply data were sourced from CoinGecko. By multiplying the price per token by the circulating supply, the circulating market cap for each token is determined. The weighting of each position within the index is based on its relative circulating market cap in comparison to other positions in the index.

Drawing inspiration from the way the DPI (DeFi Pulse Index) monitors leading DeFi protocols, the Non-Fungible Token Index (NFTI) tracks the performance of prominent digital assets within the NFT sector. The index employs a weighting methodology that takes into account factors such as token supply and liquidity. It primarily emphasizes projects that actively contribute to the growth and development of the NFT ecosystem.

To ensure effective management, the index is governed through the use of a specific governance token known as GNFT. The NFTI consists of several notable projects, including MANA, MATIC, SAND, AXS, YGG, and ENJ, among others, which contribute to the overall composition and performance of the index.

NFTI is the native ERC-20 token of the NFT Index network. NFTI is an autonomous index governed, supported, and enhanced by GNFT token holders. With the distinction of being the premier crypto index in the NFT industry, the GNFT token plays a pivotal role within the NFT Index network. This network shares its revenue with the community through the GNFT governance token. Furthermore, half of the commissions generated by all projects contribute to the monthly redemption of GNFT tokens.

All holders of NFTI tokens have the opportunity to leverage the decentralized TokenSets protocol to include their tokens in the index. By swapping their NFTI tokens, they can actively participate in the NFTI ecosystem.

Additionally, as part of the NFT Index incentive program, a specific quantity of GNFT tokens are issued and distributed to early adopters and active holders. These GNFT tokens are allocated as liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs). The amount of GNFT tokens retained corresponds to the income earned by token holders from the INDEXes. This arrangement allows token holders to engage with the community, becoming an integral part of it while enjoying their share of profits.

NFTI has a circulating supply of 2 230 tokens.

The transaction fee for the NFT Index would vary depending on the Ethereum network congestion and the amount of transaction as NFTI is an ERC-20 token. Fees for index products are commonly determined by the project's governance or management team
