Amp is an ERC-20 token powering Flexa network extensible platform that allows collateralizing coin transactions. It provides the assets like LRC, BHC, XEC, cUSD, DOGE, GUSD, and others with instant verifiable assurance for real-world applications.
The users can stake AMP tokens to guarantee the value of any form, such as digital payments, exchange of fiat currencies, loan distribution, property sales, etc. After the coin is staked the transfer can be collateralized and the use of the collateral pool allows it to decentralize the risk of the transfer, which is especially useful for fraud-proof networks. If the payment fails the Amp collateral is burnt to cover the losses.
When the transaction is complete the AMP smart contract provides numerous built-in incentive models, such as continuous compounding and micro-distributions. AMP collateralization is available for anyone and can be used to create applications that will lock and unlock the token on-demand to protect transfers and create value quicker. Collateral partitions are assigned to collateralize any account, app, or transactions that are directly verified on the Ethereum network.
AMP has a lot of use cases for collateralization and also presents the concept of predefined partition strategies that enables the collateral models, allowing to stake the token without even revealing its address, so AMP offers transaction speed without compromising privacy.
