Took significantely more time than estimated. I'm talking around 10 hours. However, part of the problem might have been their partner Swapspace which the exchange was passed through. The exchange was supposed to be floating rate, but did not go through. I asked Sewapspace to look into it and I was told the exchange was in its final send phase and I would have the new crypto soon. That was a totally false statement made to me. Turns out the exchange didn't complete due to a price drop. This is something that could have and should have been easily addressed when I first asked. Instead, I was not told the truth until the next day when the price was even lower. Obviously someone at either Swaponix or Swapspace didn't want to be bothered with actually checking on what the issue was and just gussed and fed me a bunch of B.S. that sounded good. I sure if it was their own funds, they would have checked instead of just making something up.
