What private swaps are and how they work

Private Swaps are crypto exchange offers executed in a confidential mode provided by Baltex and SecureShift services. 

Compared to traditional exchanges, which usually provide the shortest route for swap execution, these offers help minimize direct connections between wallet activity and transactions visible on public blockchains through alternative exchange routes. 

On SwapSpace, all eligible offers get a “Private” tag and can be compared side by side with standard swaps.

What private swaps give to users

Private Swaps trading quest 

SwapSpace will launch a Trading Quest with a total prize pool of 1,500 USDC to mark the new feature launch. 

From June 16th to June 30th, SwapSpace users will be able to earn XP by completing private mode swaps. Rewards will be distributed among the top 50 participants by the end of the competition. 

How to perform Private Swaps 

Step 1: Choose a currency pair and insert an amount

Select the asset you want to exchange, choose the cryptocurrency you would like to receive, enter the amount, and click "View Offers."

Step 2: Filter for "Private” offers

When the results page loads, open the "Filter by type" menu and select "Private."

All qualifying offers will be displayed in the results list, where they can be compared based on rate, estimated completion time, and other exchange details.

Step 3: Execute a swap 

Select the offer that fits your needs, then continue with the process of performing your swap normally: enter the destination wallet address and complete the transaction. 

Keep in mind that Private Offers are not available for all trading pairs.
